Adam's new company is super awesome...all about keeping the employees happy, and having a good time. They planned a company hour at the James Joyce (of course, where else, I am starting to think we live there!) and we all had a great time. I even got to meet a few new people.
Guinness was also there (if you know Adam, you know how happy this moment is for him) hosting a 'Perfect Pint' contest...so there was friendly competition among friends and coworkers. Who knew there was a science behind pouring a pint of Guinness??!?!? Well, there is, with angles, and specific amount of times, and lines, and bubbles, and head, and the dome of the foam... If you scored a perfect 10 you got a free glass and to move on to the final competition, if you didn't you got a keychain and a free pint of Guinness. Adam and I both scored an 8!
Afterwards, we ended up at some friends house cooking another fantastic meal and enjoying awesome company. Baltimore really is going well for us...though give me another few days of this chilly weather and I may be singing a different tune!
