Our furniture arrived!!!! Our house is officially a home now...and everything looks great. Well, minus the TV stand and desk not surviving the shipment, everything went super smooth. It is SO nice to have all of our own belongings again, and you better believe that the first things that got put together was our bed, and all of the boxes emptied looking for our new bedding. It was SO AMAZING to sleep in OUR OWN BED last night, for the first time in TWO MONTHS! It was the best sleep I ever remember getting...
Nora arrived on Monday....AND IT HAS BEEN GREAT!!!! Unfortunately I worked Tuesday, our stuff got here yesterday, and I am working today, but tomorrow is all about the two of us hanging out. I have to work this weekend, so Adam is going to take her snorkeling, and tour the island. It is SO nice having her here, and who knows, she might become a permanent guest. Haha...I don't know if she will be returning to Germany at this point.
