We took Allyson to hike Koko Head, one of our favorite hikes...and the best workout. The view is WELL worth the torture of hiking this beast.

Al and I headed up to North Shore to watch the huge waves...they were saying 35-40ft!
Not that big, but still 20-30ft...wave and surfer watching at Waimea Bay. If you look closely you can see the crazy surfers!
Living here has me living in a constant state of awe of Mother Nature!

These got out of order...Allyson contemplating death. She was convinced I was trying to kill her on this trip because we are both so active and healthful. We actually had to make a trip to the store for her so she could have soda, chocolate, and something salty.
