Finally...after working 7 straight days, a nice three day weekend with the hubby. Much accomplished, mainly the front yard...yes, you heard correctly...the front yard is complete...and now just waiting for the grass to grow. Our nice little home is coming together nicely. Today we went for an AWESOME hike out towards Hawaii Kai, to this cute little lighthouse, and the site of quite an extensive old WWII barracks system. Most of the barracks were reduced to cement pieces but you can get the general idea, and it must have been amazing in its day. Obviously this island has quite an extensive military history, but it is awing to actually see and walking among parts of it.
